Our Rosé Crémant d’Alsace is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir. We carefully harvest the healthiest clusters and take caution to prevent any berry from bursting. After disgorging, our bottles age for a minimum of 18 months on lees.
Sight: Delicate bubbles, a light salmon rosé color.
Nose: Aromas of small red fruits accentuated by the sparkling effect in the glass.
Taste: Notes of strawberry and raspberry.
