Edelzwicker is an Alsatian term meaning "noble" (Edel) "blend" (Zwicker).
Our cuvée is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sylvaner, and Chasselas.
Sight: Pale yellow.
Nose: Fruity and harmonious.
Taste: Dry and fresh. Supple and balanced with a long finish.
