After the bright flavors and aromas develop from fermentation and an extended maceration, we age the wine in oak over 9 months.
Sight: Dark red
Nose: Opens with notes of small forest fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, and morello cherry).
Taste: Smooth, blended tannins. Rich, powerful flavors of wild red fruits.
