Pinot Noir

Old vines

Sourced from vineyards in the "Hinteburg" lieu-dit. The two-mica granite soil of this lieu-dit is ideal for the Pinot Noir grape. The roots of these old vines extend deep into the soil bringing the richest expression of the terroir back to the surface.

Sight:  Deep ruby red with hints of garnet

Nose: Opens with notes of small forest fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry, and morello cherry).

Taste: Silky tannins. Flavors of wild red fruits.
