Riesling

One of the four noble grapes of Alsace, Riesling is often referred to as the grape of the Rhine ("Edle Gewüztraube" in the Alsatian language). Riesling is among the most sought-after white grape varieties of the world.

Sight: Pale yellow with a brilliant green rim.

Nose: Racy, fine, delicately fruity (lemon, orange zest, grapefruit) and floral (white nettle, linden) followed by aromas of anise and licorice.
Aromas of flint and gunpowder develop with age.
