Sylvaner

Aged in Oak           

     Plump, Strong, Tight, Ample

After fermentation, we age the wine in oak over 9 months to allow the bright flavors and aromas to develop. A very age-worthy wine.


Sight:  Yellow with golden streaks.


Nose: Opens with notes of lemon and white flowers. 
 

Taste: Lively entry with light notes of orange, honey, vanilla, and brioche.

The Food Pairing

Share our Aged in Oak Sylvaner with friends over a charcuterie board. It pairs well with seafood (lobster bisque, seabass stuffed with scallops, salmon steak).
