Pinot Gris

Plump, Ample, Robust, Autumnal           

Our Pinot Gris is sourced from the "Hinterburg" lieu-dit comprised of a mica-rich granite bedrock below sandy soil at the surface.

This terroir produces wine with ample concentration marked by a lively freshness.
 

Sight: Beautiful yellow gold. 

Nose: Complex, aromatic, smoky, undergrowth, dried fruit, apricot, beeswax, and gingerbread.

​Taste: Plump and fleshy, its freshness is balanced by its weight.

The Food Pairing

Our Pinot Gris pairs exceptionally well with fried mushrooms, white meats, fish in a rich sauce, or terrines.
And for the more adventurous, it pairs deliciously with foie gras, comté cheese, and Asian cusine.
