Our Pinot Gris is sourced from the "Hinterburg" lieu-dit comprised of a mica-rich granite bedrock below sandy soil at the surface.
This terroir produces wine with ample concentration marked by a lively freshness.
Sight: Beautiful yellow gold.
Nose: Complex, aromatic, smoky, undergrowth, dried fruit, apricot, beeswax, and gingerbread.
Taste: Plump and fleshy, its freshness is balanced by its weight.
